Shanker Group entered into the manufacturing line by establishing its Heat Treatment Plant under the name of Shanker Forge Pvt. Ltd. in 1997 in Faridabad, Haryana. It is spread across an area of 2,000 sq. yards. Its current annual production is 18,000 MT and has plans to expand the capacity further to 22,000 MT.
The unit has 6 semi-automatic gas fired pusher type continuous furnaces having a capacity of 50 MT per day.
The unit has 3 Belt type Shot Blasting machines with semi-automatic loading system.
